To secure your registration, full payment must be received. Please note that all tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of a declined travel visa (proof required).
You have the option to transfer your ticket to another individual with a 72-hour notification. Last-minute transfers cannot be accommodated due to time constraints.
In the event of illness within 48 hours, a transfer can be arranged with a doctor’s note.
Generally, ticket sales are considered final and non-refundable. However, we will waive any fees for changes or refunds in the following circumstances:
- Declined travel visa
- Positive PCR test
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the cancellation notice. Please allow 3-5 days for the refunded amount to appear in your original payment method.
